I am actually Betty's daughter. I made her reservation, checked her in & picked her up. Your hotel was terrific! The room was lovely, quiet & restful. The desk staff was professional & courteous. The housekeeper I passed in the hall smiled & greeted me. Mom felt very safe & comfortable. -

"American Girl" getaway. They have a package upgrade here that
was fantastic! We surprised our girls at checking when the front desk
handed them their American Girl bags with a travel bed,pillow,blanket,

The staff were excellent. They went out of their way to provide for us in ways that were not required. For example, they provided us with a free breakfast even though we had not rented a room for which that came packaged. They also provided free internet in our rooms. The staff were very attentive and friendly.

I was so amazed, I knew what they were suppose to look like, from the

the bathroom was very nice, the toilet was clean, amazing just amazing. -
Extremely affordable; the service was amazing, the suites were very nice.
We came up for the weekend to attend a fitness expo and this suites were very relaxing to return to after each long, busy and semi-stressful day.
There were about 43 of us and the management did their best job to keep us all close-by.

The staff at the front desk, particularly Laura, was so helpful, pleasant and accommodating. I loved the spaciousness of my suite. It was updated and very comfortable. -
I loved the staff they were very friendly and made you feel like you were home. It was also very close to a lot of shopping, entertainment and food.

Everye one was very nice and helpful. The beds were great & clean.
Being able to eat some good food when we traveled all day was a great
plus. The breakfast was also good with a lot of variety. The staff was
great keeping up with filling and cleaning up everything. We were there

We were unaware when we booked the room about the drinks and snack from 5:30-7. That was a nice added perk and breakfast in the morning was one of the best hotel breakfasts we have had.
