I enjoyed that both my rooms were clean, and the beds were very
comfortable. What I enjoyed most was the friendly staff. I had surgery
while staying in the hotel, and the staff checked on me including the
housekeeper who cleaned my room daily. I felt they went the extra mile
to make sure I was okay, in which made the world of difference.

The front desk Manager was very helpful. We arrived at the hotel at arounf 10 AM, The fornt desk personnel, knowing that we had a hard time locating the address and have driven 9 hours from Toronto, had a room ready and available immediately. -

The free shuttle ride was a bit on the longish side, but the small extra distance reflects the value received. The receptionist was friendly, courteous and accommodating.
