Käytävien matot olivat tolella epäsiistit, remontti menossa joten jouduimme kantamaan laukkujamme 2-kerrokseen vaikka hissikin talossa oli mutta henkilökunta käski mennä portaiden kautta. The hotel is very family friendly which you could relax by enjoying swimming pool plus sunbaking after back from Disney Worlds. Staff is excellent & helpful. The 2-bedrooms with a living room especially with a kitchen is a plus which is allowed us to enjoy our late supper while our family stayed up talking until midnight.

The staff at this hotel are exceptional; very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. The room we had was on the 8th floor with a kitchenette; amazing 180 degree views of Manhattan. Location brilliant; only two stops to Manhattan, shops, restaurants all walking distance. Fantastic value for money, but book ahead.

I liked that the hotel's location was only 3 or 4 blocks away from
the subway. The bed was fabulous, king size. I couldn't get up
early enough because of it. The view I had on the fifth floor room 501
wasn't he greatest. I could still see the city, but I thought the
hotel would be closer to the Manhattan view. It's great they had a

We like the open spaces both indoor and out. Lots of places to gather with family or friends. Our room was a king-size room and comfortable and clean. We had a skyline view of manhattan. Location in LI City was great. Close to the subway.Staff was very friendly. GM met with us briefly late on a saturday night because we were in town briefly to begin planning for our son's wedding.

Hotel is 'as-expected' but 7 blocks from subway in a nothing-
special neighbourhood. We had a small issues with our booking through
the website : we booked 3, they expected 2 and although a bit stubborn
to start they fixed the problem. The gym is ok but the pool hours are
too short : 10 to 6pm

Regarding location, some might find the surrounding industry/depot businesses disturbing, but you cannot beat the stunning view of the Manhattan skyline, you have from all rooms and the rooftop-terrace. The area is quiet at night - also if you walk home to your hotel in the evening. Convenient with the complimentary hotel shuttlebus, but you could also easily walk to the subway station Queensboro Plaza 7 blocks from the hotel (8 min walk).
