The staff is one of the most helpful and interested of guest comfort I ever seen. We've been asked 5 times a day if we enjoy our stay.
Breakfast is included, good, but don't expect very much.
The value of money it is outstanding for a NY hotel. 4 times cheaper than a similar hotel in Manhattan.

I felt the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, king-sized bed very comfortable, a small desk with internet/wifi, TV, closet for clothes, and nice bathroom. Loved the hotel. Beds very comfortable and super idea that they move in or out to give more room. Room had everything we needed. I was there with my 23 year old daughter for a mother and daughter break and we found the hotel perfect for what we wanted. Clean, comfortable and close enough to everywhere.
