The first room we were checked into was a double handicapped room, we
requested a King. We were checked into a suite when we complained about
our room. Great upgrade, great hotel. -
Staff was very nice and helpful. It was a great over all stay and will be coming back in the furture.

THE STAFF were exceptionally polite. Cory especially when I checked in at almost midnight. He was there when I checked out at 7:15 am and was just as nice.. A long night for him . I It might be helfpul if you posted the times the shuttle bus was available on the desk in a plastic sleeve.

Our welcome from Geoffrey on reception. We were tired after our transatlantic trip plus the 2 hours getting through immigration and customs and waiting for the airport buses to get us there but when we were greeted by Geoffrey in such a warm and genuinely friendly manner, all our stress disappeared. What a diamond ambassador he is for Hampton Inn!

Wanted a hotel close to the airport as we arrived late after a long flight. Very easy to find, lovely staff, parking is cheap, and the room is lovely. Room is very big, amazingly comfortable beds (like sleeping on a cloud!) and excellent shower. Very good value for money. -
