  I was most impressed with your staff - everyone was very nice - polite - helpful - friendly. The desk personnel were particularly personable, but so were the maintenance staff. When we arrived, the place smelled lovely, fresh and clean, a welcome change from LA's horrible traffic-induced stink. Wireless worked flawlessly and was surprisingly fast as well. Make sure you plan about 60-90mins of transfer time between lax and this place using the supershuttle
