exceptionally friendly staff and immediate response to our inquiries. clean and excellent service throughout. Hotels personal was very helpful and kind for us. For example they changed a room to better one. The room was comfortable and beautiful and it was cleaned well. the staff is exceptional...they truly go above and beyond with customer services.The hospitality staff. This is from the General Manager on down.Everyone is very accommodating.

I like to get corecet a car barking in this area (It's diffcalet to get a car barking withn 75oM2 a round the hotel). The price Vs service is good. not everything was bad... The staff, so kind, but not everyone, the man who working at the night is not so helpful and not kind. the sevice was generous. The picture shown on the web site for a different Dunes than where I stayed. The price. The staff were helpful and nice. Location good.Internet access is not in the rooms you have to go downstairs which in this day and age is a inconvenience. Rooms need an extensive cleaning not just a wipe up. This is especiallyevident to people traveling with small children, as we have a toddler.The air conditioner filters need cleaned, the draperies have inches ofdust on them as well as the exhaust fans in the kitchen and bathrooms.None. Good value for money. there is no parking area for cars and you have to get ticket for parking in the street hourly and have to take care about the time that you parked your car. most of the nights I drove about 30 to 45 minutes around the hotel to find a place to park! and it was terrible!!! I tink the hoelier should reserve some pace for car parking of customers.deffcult to find hotell location, located in old bulding, no swoming pool or internet in rooms. The service was not as expecte and it does not have a caferteria. Did not like the fact you had to come to the lobby to connect to the internet, also requested a non-smoking room, and did not get one. You pay for what you get. Hard to find parking. Cleanliness!. not so clean, and service is not the topp. Could be better. i wish there was private parking. The kitchen was extremely dirty and poorly equipped. Floor, kitchen-cupboard and utensiles were greasy and sticky. No hot water in the kitchen available. room had no tea making facilities. had power failed. had to walkdown from the tenth floor, was told no breakfast as the cafeteria was being refurbed. i booked in to another hotel and collected my luggage the following morning.This hotel is in desperate need of "thorough" cleaning and renovation... especially the bathrooms. Rotting wood, open drains (on floor, tub, and sinks), broken shower pipes... this hotel is in a bad shape. No parking, no iron+iron board, no service (specially night shift personnel). no Parking at all. It was in desparate need of a refurb. Rooms were dirty, the bathroom was filthy.The room was dirty and old gum were stuck on the bed frame board and the smell of smoke in the room even I asked for a non-smoking room. Overall the hotel is so bad and not recomanded at all. The location is terrible. The staff was not helpful at all. Could not recommend places to eat, could not obtain us a cab, etc. There is almost no water pressure in the shower. The refrigerator smelled bad. The room is rated for 7 people, but there were only two of each dish in the kitchen. letsbookhotel.com listed a cost of 100 Durhams for transport to the airport, but they charged us 150.
