  The staff were very attentive and supportive. They will go out of their way to make sure the guests feel comfortable and satisfied. We had the privilege of being attended to by Mr. Ansar, Asish and the nice ladies from the front desk.   The location was excellent if you want to be in the centre of Dubai... just opposite the City Centre Mall, close to the Metro, plenty of taxis around, close to the airport. Its perfect if you want to go around Dubai. Its reasonably priced as well. Facilities offered match the cost . Not fancy but functional. Rooms were clean, bathrooms clean.   I found the staff very helpful. Case in point, I needed it help to get on a online tutorial and the it person set me up. The reception staff were professional but not too formal. They made every effort to attend to any of my requests or answer any of my queries.
