location location, probably the prettiest hotel in Dubai, with low level buildings and a beautiful garden, Eauzone is a lovely restaurant, excellent food, beautiful venue.
OLIVES at lunch time has a lovely buffet, but not so in the evening and its cheaper for the salad buffet than the beach restaurants -

and the grounds are so vast making it feel empty even though the hotel
was fully booked. The rooms were large, very clean and comfortable as
you would expect from a 5 star Dubai Hotel, although this hotel does go

We have been there for the second time. Also the kids want to return to
this very good hotel which is not that large as other hotels in Dubai.
We like the very friendly atmosphere there and the location at the
bottom of the palm. Both the sea-view (on the Palm incl. Atlantis-Hotel)
and the City-View are magnificient. The city-view-rooms are a bit

I liked everything. Starting from the staff at the reception, and their
warm welcome, we were upgraded to a better room, after we arrived to the
room, the staff called to welcome us and check that everything is ok.
The pools are great and there is a lot of them. The kids pool has a big
umbrella so kids can swim under the shade. The beach is open sea. There
is a variety of top restaurants. There is a kids area with lots of toys.

The lobby is huge and ultra luxurious, with details of excellent taste.

I called from Canada to ask if they could save a copy of the Khallej Times because I wanted to see the business ad I had placed before my arrival. I was pleased when one of the emplyees showed up at my door only 5 minutes after my arrival with a copy. Impressive service for my 4 days. When we arrived we were led to a resting area while the receptionist checked us in. Anything we had to sign or check over was brought to us while we sat, relaxed and enjoyed an Arabic tea. Then we were led to our room by Charles who was extremely helpful -
I must say I loved our 2 day stay at the Ritz Carlton Dubai as a
stopover on our way to Europe. Staff were very friendly & went out
of their way to help with anything at all providing excellent service.
The location of the Ritz Carlton Dubai is fabulous & the hotel is
absolutely amazing set on Jumeriah Beach with magnificent views and
grounds. Thankyou Ritz Carlton for a very memorable experience.

The luxury of the facilities and treatment by all the staff from bell boys to management. The room and the bed were fantastic. There is a bath that could fit in a family of four! The pool area and surrounds were very well located with excellent service poolside. Plenty of 4-5 star restaurants to choose from. Also the free shuttle from and to the hotel stopping at various places was so helpful.
