  Everything ... there was plenty of choices of activities to do for adults and especialy children...most important the Hotel employees were so pleasent and helpfull...   The hotel is very conveniently placed for travelling throughout Dubai, and reaching all attractions. In itself it is an attractive newly opened hotel, with comfortable rooms, and nice restaurant facility. Not on the grand scale of some of the large hotels in Dubai, but definately excellent value for money. The staff is well-informed and very friendly. The location is a bit awkward because of the construction, but this is not the fault of the hotel and one of Dubai's biggest malls is within five minutes' walk.

  good location. i stayed in a 2-bedroom-apartment, which was a great value for money. very clean. all the necissities are available. i'd certainly come back to this hotel and recommend it to my friends - verey nice hotel .

  sijainti ok - I read a lot of mixed comments about this hotel before booking.. However I went ahead with the booking because of its overall good rating & reasonable price.. This hotel did meet my expectations.. I stayed there for 5days/5nights in a studio apartment with a 1yr old baby. It did have all t - We spent 15 days in this hotel. Breakfast cost 36 Dhm per person and was pretty good. Fresh orange juice and basic range of food were adequate it's price. Our two and half years old daughter was eating for free. Small shops are very close and all needed goods can be bought there. Fridge was noisy ( we stay in one-bedroom suite, so it didn't disturb us during night, because kitchen was separate). No taxi driver knows the hotel, but all of them know Holiday Inn, which is very close. Taxis are

  Location is fantastic. Very close to Sharaf DG mertro station. 5 min walk to the mall of emirates.. a relief when having a family. Hotel rooms are huge and well equipped ! We first was put in a room with no window, but the next day they worked on transferring us to a room with a wide window. Would stay there the next time - Good location, Metro station nearby. Plenty of Indian/Pakistani Restaurants in walking distance.A Supermarket just in front of Hotel.I Got Free Wifi for days for one device(laptop or Smart phone).Masjid/Mosque in 5-10 Minutes walking distance.Taxis are easily available nearby.Cleanliness is perfect. Hotel Staff is very friendly.

The staff were so welcoming wherever we went cleaning staff leaving kind messages in our room after cleaning, what a lovely touch. The location could not be better. We have stayed at the Pullman before and were worried about the change to Sheraton brand, apart from the price increase of room rate, the service was top notch. Thank you.
