  All the staff I met were professional, polite, and friendly. They made my stay very enjoyable. The location was very close to where I needed to be for business. The fact it was an apartment rather than a hotel room ( and for very little more than where I had originally planned on staying) was a pleasant surprise. We arrived really early in the moring and had booked just one night, we should have booked for 2 nights but the manager allowed us into the room early and didn't charge us for early occupation.   everything about this hotel was marvelous. Loved the location which was a 5 minutes walk to metro station. The staff was really friendly and helped us in nearly everything.Very decent, new and well-kept hotel. Well, if you are traveling on business. To see the town it is too far out of the way. If you are not looking for some extra services, it is for you. It is not expensive comparing to general prices in Dubai, and the quality is good enough.   We only stayed for two nights but in that time the staff made an impression that will last with us. From the first interaction until the last the staff were friendly, polite, helpful and accommodating. We didn't use the restaurant however we did use room service and the food was great. Also, I had another appointment in the spa and then I cancelled my reservation, generously they didn't charge me a penny. The hotel afford to keep my luggage safe after check out bcs I had to go somewhere and get back later to get them, which was great. The check out was
