  The amount of space in the apartment was fantastic , the beds where very comfortable . The pool area lovely and quiet which was a bonus . The staff where very accommodating , allowed us to checkin early which was great as we arrived at the hotel at 09:00am and checkin was from 2pm, we had a room by 10:30. All in all great staff and a very comfortable stay . - The apartments were very spacious, clean and comfortable. It was much larger than I anticipated! The hotel staff are courteous and pleasant and Youssef at the front desk was particularly notable for his professionalism.   In a word " everything " this hotel suits our needs perfectly. If we needed something we just rang reception and it was sorted as all the staff here are very helpful and courteous. When we travel to Dubai we always stay at this this hotel and have always enjoyed our stay as it is situated beside the Dubai Creek and is close to 2 Metro stations so ... mitä ihmiset sanovat » it is possible to reach most destinations especially if you like to go to the Shopping Malls. If you do not want to use the Metro the Taxi's are very - The Hotel is located within short walking distance from the Creek and the busy Al Rigga street. The latter is a busy street with large selection of shops and restaurants. Found the hotel to be clean and the staff extremely helpful. They were flexible enough to get our room cleaned whenever we requested - even as late as 8pm at night when we left our room.
