  Very kind hotel stuff!! Had a great time - Very nice polite helpful friendly staff, could not be better!Very clean ,Great location in the center of city as near all the shops food etc.Clean 5 star service .Very nice swimming pool on top of hotel. Not big, but very private not crowded.

  Desk manager was excellent, as were front desk employees. We had a problem with a trainee front desk staff; 1st) the trainee made my wife pay a deposit before they would give her the key. Ok, understood. But I spoke to the manager and explained that I had booked it on my visa and would pay in full upon my arrival from dubai later in the evening, a... mitä ihmiset sanovat » nd that my wife's money was for her and the kids to go to wadha mall, eat and do some shopping. The manager was very apologetic and refunded the mone - It is a lovely hotel, pure luxury in Emirates style. The room was a good size and beautifully decorated. I had a good view of the city. The rooftop pool was heated and a nice way to get some exercise. Since taxis are relatively cheap in Abu Dhabi, I used them to get around. But the bus station is literally right across the street so you could easily use buses to get around. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Grand Millennium and would stay again!

  Service was first class - staff all welcoming & friendly & could not do enough to help - superb. Comfortable & large rooms with balcony facing the mosque. Beach facilities - always enough sunbeds plus unlimited iced water, cold towels & even sunglasses cleaned. The abras to the souk. - We stayed in the Horizon Club and were absolutely thrilled with all aspects of the hotel. The staff was very attentive and genuinely cared about our experience. The sight of the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque was breathtaking. I can only hope that construction will not block it in the future. Thank you to Cherry, Ramen and the management of the hotel for a beautiful experience!

  Very well appointed and clean. Good bed and TV, was able to open window slightly to take sunrise photos and watch street. Huge bathroom with nice hot water. Staff were great. Wish we could have stayed longer but were only on stop-over for flights. Taxi was ordered for us right on time.   Hotel is very clean... Staff are gracious, helpful, polite. Free wi-fi is a positive thing also. Room sizes are good enough for two person. The location is between the city center and Yas Island. It takes 20-30 min drive to the Marina Mall and 15-20 min drive to Yas Island. The hotel is absolutely value for money.
