  Service was first class - staff all welcoming & friendly & could not do enough to help - superb. Comfortable & large rooms with balcony facing the mosque. Beach facilities - always enough sunbeds plus unlimited iced water, cold towels & even sunglasses cleaned. The whole ambiance of the hotel - scrupulously clean & beautiful.... mitä ihmiset sanovat » The foyer was stunning & the lounges comfortable & relaxing. The abras to the souk. - We stayed in the Horizon Club and were absolutely thrilled with all aspects of the hotel. The staff was very attentive and genuinely cared about our experience. The sight of the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque was breathtaking. I can only hope that construction will not block it in the future. Thank you to Cherry, Ramen and the management of the hotel for a beautiful experience!

  My husband and i went to St. Regis for his bday and we took our little daughter with us. We enjoyed every minute of the stay. There was not a single flaw in the service. The butler service was great. the beach was spotless. The staff were extremely friendly. And ofcourse the food was really good. We would definitely go back there. - The hotel is ... mitä ihmiset sanovat » very large and well planned with well appointed rooms. It was an enjoyable experience and worth the 5 star rating. Staff were attentive and eager to please (possibly due to it being Ramadan and very quiet). Very little to complain about - we had a junior suite of 85 sq m and this was ideal for the three of us.
