Professional and courteous staff, always smiling and saying "hello" or "good afternoon"; 2. Large and clean rooms (suite and junior suite), new furniture and sanitaryware, good toilettries, efficient air-conditioning/heating; 3. Very good room make-up (cleaning), maids with nice manners; 4. Central location (you are very close, like 10 minuntes, to Deribasovska Str. and all other attractions; but the hotel is in the sidestreet, so there is no noice, no discos, etc. neither during day nor dur

  New hotel and very clean, modern - The breakfast is good, although I missed hot-gogs or scrambled eggs or any hot food of this kind. The bed is comfortable. The shower is very good. My wife and I liked the design of the standard room. The parking was free.
