wonderfully located overlooking a park with a garden, a genuine restaurant at the ground floor. excellent location, near the park, good view, good value for money,. - Friendly staff - Good/plenty towels - Several sockets for charging. not too much confort. - Closet for the hotels bed linens inside my room - No shampoo and shower gel (so often the case in Ukraine) - Terribly poor toilet seat (again often seen in Ukraine) - Internet did not work at all and when home I got a bill of around 1200 USD as I was forced to use mobile roaming - No breakfast possible before ten o'clock.
