Although I´ve been moved to a different apartment in the last minute, the change was just fine. I lived right in the centre next to famous sights and next to several restaurants on the pedestrian street Deribasovskaja. Well equipped apartment, kitchen, internet A+. Very quiet, clean, close to the center of the city, all demandable and obligatory facilities. Free Wi-Fi. Excellent price.

Nice position, celan room. I liked the central location. I found Odessa to be a fantastic city with some lovely looking architecture . We liked taking a tram out to the beach. I liked the price since Odessa's accommodation is usually more expensive. - near to the harbor and city center, walking distance with most of the interesting places. - clean room with strict necessary attributes - good internet connection - suitable for people who just need a place to sleep. It's really good location. There is in the center near Deribasovskaya and Primorski bulvar. And price is very good for that location. Excellent location - very pleasant walk to the city center. Good facilities with well-equipped kitchenette. best location. Only one positive was the location close to everywhere. Bathroom and laundry need some slight repair - not everything is perfect, but not bad at all. Little hot only with one conditioner, water pressure could be better. a bit weak wifi signal, hard to find, but you can always call an owner and he will guide you. I went there with my 6 year old wheelchair bound son and my 3 year old daughter. I hated the room being on the fifth floor. The staircase up to it I felt was a bit dangerous and poorly lit. My daughter sat in one of the chairs and ants climbed over her. I found the first of the three keys challenging. - staff spoke weak English - difficult to find - on the 4th floor so problem for those who are not very mobile - water tap needs reperation. Actually this is not hotel at all. It's a flat in the old house. Tell the thrue this is a room in the flat in the old house. If you don't plan to spend much time in a hotel, you will enjoy that staying. Very poor cleanliness, cockroaches in the room. a shower is on the level of the hips. Very hard to find out,it is in common very old and disgusting community house. all bad.
