  Everything was excellent from start to finish. The accomodation was clean and comfortable, centrally located on Kreschatyk Street. The staff make sure that you are fully looked after and are only a telephone call away in case you need them. This is a professional organisation who run the business.   I was very happy with the hotel. The apartman was clean, very pleasantly furnitured, well equipped. It even had a minibar, that I did really not expect in an apartman hotel. The staff is very friendly and attentive. Locationwise the metro is just a short walk away, so everything accessible. It is close to Kievska Lavra, which is also a plus. At that time there were several good hotels and then a few great ones. The great (ones 1-2) are very expensive and value to dollar for business is marginal.   Everything. This place is a little gem - wonderful 100% renovated big house made into a mini-hotel with lots of charm. I always stay there when I go to Kiev on business - would even change dates of visit to ensure that I can stay at Oselya. Ok, its a drive away to central Kiev, but thats the only downside.
