Wery luxury and great service! Excellent restaurant (try a fish). English spoken personal, very friendly.
I ask for reservation of taxi for an airport (in the check out) mantionet Sky Taxy and they preper everything. It cost 120 grivnas (very cheap)! When I fly on the airport and findou taxydriver by myself it cost 300 grivnas!
Very friendly personal (not really smiling but very unhasitating. Excellent room cleaning service. Greath thing was the safe at the room and very comfortable bed.

It's brand new, clean and comfortable. Well equiped and good looking rooms. Free WiFi. Can't say more - we stayed only for one night. To find the hotel you should go through the archway of the building#33 - there will be small stoop - the entrance to the hotel (no signboard yet but looks like it will appear soon).

I travel from Argentina. The staff is super friendly. The hotel is very nice. The location is good. Just a short walk to the central square. My room was clean. The air aconditioning was great. Like the TV channels also. The breakfast was good and served in room. I like the option they give you for transfer from/to airport. The driver was very nice and friendly, he was waiting at airport with my name. I hope to can travel again to Kiev (soon). I will book again this hotel for sure. Thanks to Bon

Free wii-fi with Dvd player and sat TV, washmachine worked fine.
After three days the house cleaner came to us to clean the flat.

My sister and I recently visited Kiev and stayed at the lovely City Hotel where we were made to feel very welcome with all our needs catered for.
