The Boatel is a charming change from run-of-the-gun hostels, especially if you can get a river-side cabin. It is well appointed, beautiful and tasteful design that makes the stay delightful. English speaking receptionist Anastasia was very helpful, and the other receptionists did their best with limitations in English. We will stay there again!. Boatel st. Andre was a fantastic base for our stay in Kiev. The rooms are big and beatiful. The common areas (breakfast restaurant and library) are really nice. The staff is friendly - especially one of the staffmembers speak fluent english which is really neat.
