  This spa resort cannot be missed if you are in the area. It is a real treasure and truly 5*star hotel. The best it suites for romantic getaway or relaxing luxurious weekend and for all kind of business events (they have impressive congress facilities). Замечательная спа зона с бассейном. Что важно: температура воды теплая (зимой) и детишки могли вдоволь наплаваться. В спа стоит профес. итальянская спа-комната Sweet Spa, фирмы starpool. Очень классная! Ужин также был замечательный. В-общем отличный отель, обязательно остановимся

  This is truly a 5 star Hotel! The staff was great, most of the staff spoke English and all were very helpful and friendly. The concierge was great! I had left home without my suit and the concierge was able to track down a rental and he even took me shopping for shirt and tie. He also gave me directions to many places to visit while in the city. I would stay here again without any hesitation. - It is a great, new hotel in the center of Kharkov. It provides great value as it is a 5-star hotel with great service and rooms. Several fantastic restaurants, a beautifull sky bar which allows you to overlook Kharkov center and other nice things make this really a super hotel. Also, the price is really good when comparing it with regular, Ukraine hotels in the area. All in all a great place, great value in a 5 star hotel!
