The Fantastic hosts (Dianne and Colin ) make you feel so welcome
The rooms are excellent and are well equipped, spotlessly clean with lots of special little extras like bottled water,shower gel and bathrobes.
The breakfasts are 1st class with a good selection and the "Full English" is as good as you will get anywhere.
The location of "Sandy Dreams" is in a quiet residential area which is very convenient to the seafront (a few hundred yards) and a short walk into the town centre.

Everything the place was lovely the people are fantastic so welcoming I was there with my husband for our anniversary and the host bought us some lovely chocolates and a card.. Will be returning in the new year had a very relaxed and enjoyable week end.. Breakfast was fantastic certainly kept u goin for the day.. Beds are so comfy u don't wanna get up :-).
The room was excellent, a lovely clean house. Our hosts were very friendly and happy to help us with anything. The breakfast in the morning was freshly cooked and very nice. Definitely would recommend to friends and family and we will be arranging another visit in the new year.
5 star guest house lovely modern clean rooms with lovely ensuite ,everything you needed for a lovely weekend ,tea/coffee,water,towels etc, lovely breakfast in a lovely dinning room.and lovely friendly staff, will definately be going back.
