I found the hotel right on the front and very close to the town centre and bus services ,also the staff and service were excellent. Delicious breakfast lovely atmosphere in dining room. Very friendly and efficient staff. Staff were very friendly and helpful, the rooms were comfortable and clean. how friendly and cheerful the staff were and very helpful. The waitress Tracey,couldn't have been more helpful.

Hotel staff were very freindly and pleasant. Room cleaned every day. it was clean but basic the staff were very helpful. Friendliness of staff and quality of breakfasts. I found the staff to be excellent. near the beach and parking. The ensuite bathroom. Location. The location breakfast good. food,location,. On site bar. Not a lot. Nothing, was our only option to stay there as all other hotels were booked up!!. The only good thing was the location. Breakfast ok. there was not hot water from the shower they could do with being refurbished. squeaky floorboards. The bed was awful! Might aswell of slept on the floor, had a bad back for the rest of the day as mattress needed to of been in a skip. Poor quality T.V. in room..not the end of the world. very tired mattress, scruffy decor. Hotel rooms require updating. Breakfast times too strict finish exactly 9:15 no leeway chef finishes. Hotel is in need of decoration/ refurbishmment. Has an old-fashioned appearance. The food was cold, the parking was poor. groups of youngsters in hotel,thin walls, very noisy, had no sleep for 2 nights. Not enough pillows on bed.and very noisy.the walls were like cardboard.we heard all of the conversation of the people in the next room. They only looked after their regulars. Hot water needs to be 24/7 not as and when the hotelier thinks. Two hours a day the hot water was put on. Husband had to have a cold shower on the day we arrived and I had to go without as even at 11 pm there was no hot water. The cleanliness was poor. Mattress was old stained and pillows were one a piece ,flat and stained. sink outside bathroom,no where to put toiletries. Toilets didn't flush correctly Lumpy mattress Reminded me of fawlty towers. It was in need of update in a big way. Rooms are too small, poor ventilation, old cranky lifts, not a great building. I did not like anything about it. Overpriced, toilet stunk, beds were bad. The breakfast area was not big enough to accommodate all guest, which I found really bad. Would never stay there again!!. It was shabby dirty smelly and not equiped for all guests as no room at breakfast.I Paid £95.00 for a double room not worth it at all. Room to small more like a budget hotel than what was advertised far to over priced would not go again.
