The premier Inn brand means you get consistency. I liked having a room
you could park your car outside. This felt almost like a motel.
Breakfast was great and the staff were friendly and welcoming. Lovely to
see efforts to encourage wildlife and I had no issue with the honeybee
nest which had closed one pathway... Just shows that a company can
appreciate nature.
The room was nice and big, clean and quiet.
The breakfast was excellent lots of choice and as much as you can eat.
We had a meal in the Crossroads Pub on the Friday as we got there, this was the best mixed grill i have ever had all the meat was cooked to perfection. The whole family really enjoyed the food.kaikki arvostelut »
The pub onsite was great, great value for food and the a nice selection of ales. Staff very friendly and all smiles! The location not too bad at all really, can't help it being on the A5. Only stayed over due to a wedding but the rooms fine and very clean.
The room we had was excellent - very big and comfortable. Facilities in room were brilliant as well.
The breakfast was great - very good choice and plenty to eat if you wanted it.
Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent. The grounds were well kept and it was nice to see the wildlife catered for.
nice welcome
room ok not special and a bit basic at the price to be honest
good car park. Quiet setting and room.east motorway etc. access.
Car parking.
Comfortable bed.
clean bathroom.
good sized room.
good tv.
excellent hotel staff and pleasant restaurant.
how pleasant the staff was and the breakfast was very nice.
Nice and quiet Restaurant good quality and rapid service.
as usual comfortable bed never lets you down.
Friendly staff
Good location.
Excellent help from staff.
Breakfast.
Rooms were good, if not luxurious.Staff friendly, although restaurant
staff found it hard to cope with busyish breakfast time. Actually we did
enjoy our stay, thanks.
The staff were all fantastic. Not at all what you expect in England, everyone was very friendly and made my short stay very enjoyable.
The receptionist was very friendly and efficient and the location is great for a wedding we attended in Dodmoor House.
it was nice to have everything sll under one roof.
The size of the room and the bed.
Convenient and easy to find.
location.
I have stayed at many Premier Inns across the uk as part of my work,
hence I booked what I thought would be a suitable hotel chain for a one
night stop.
Location.
Check in staff were friendly.
Had to ask for a second bath towel. Otherwise, no issues at all!.
The TV in the family room was too small it could have done to be at least 32" in a room of that size with four of us watching it.
Very creaky but if you know what to expect from Premier Inns then this is one of the better ones.
I had to request a supply of tea bags and milk for our room but that was the only problem.
the price. It seemed high for an ok room but no breakfast.
Smoke alarm going for no reason concerning our room, having "just" gone to sleep.
Noise from other rooms and from guest entering at night and leaving in the early morning.
Going outside to the annex.
public areas could have been cleaner.
Rooms are a little tired.
Still charging for WiFi.
Not impressed with cooked breakfast. E.G. Tomatoes not properly grilled,
still hard in centre. Nonthing was well cooked, and the much advertised
hash browns - sold out. Never heard of filling a freezer? Coffee and tea
undrinkable.
Not much.
The bed was uncomfortable, the walls were very thin so you could hear everyone else moving about, banging doors etc for what felt like all night. Also the hairdryer in the room overheated and cut out every 10 seconds. In general the quality and decor of the rooms does not meet the usual standard of Premier Inn hotels.
it was a little creaky & refreshments were a little thin on the ground also there wad not much choice in the rooms for the price.
The noise coming from outside didnt sleep great due to the noise.
Booked a wheelchair friendly room and it had an inexcesible bath. I
expected a wet room. Doors were heavy.
hard bed, high levels of noise.
The room was by a busy road, which kept us awake most of the night.
Only one towel for double room with two occupants. A hole in the floor
covered over by the carpet which I twisted my ankle on I reported the
issue and no has bothered to call me back after three days.
No hot water in the morning and managers refusal to invoke good night guarantee. Food in adjoining Chef and Brewer was awful. Worst Premier Inn ever stayed at.
Outrageously noisy. The rooms had no sound insulation and you could hear people turning over in next door rooms.
Very run down accommodation.
Slow service for poor breakfast.
Not up to usual premier inn standard.
