Customer service was amazing. Every member of staff was friendly, happy and helpful and genuinely seemed to enjoy working there. In particular the man on reception who booked us in, checked we had a roll out bed and booked us a taxi all in one go and the very cheerful chef! Everyone said hello and smiled. Husband witnessed the hotel manager talking to another resident about an issue and she dealt with it very confidently and professionally. Well done

The Alexander is conveniently located for a nights stay as I was bringing my daughters belongings back from her university lodgings. The facilities are very good & I would highly recommend the Alexander. The breakfast is excellent & caters for every taste. The Alexander is the best place I have stayed in Swansea.

The room was very nice even though we didnt stay there for long as we were out all day, I would like to use it again but stay a little longer next time to enjoy the vacilities. - The staff are very helpfull and the hotel is one of the best i have stayed in.
