Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. frendly staff breakfast staff really frendly. Good Toilet facilities. Good value for money. the couple of staff on reception were pleasant enough the lobby ws quite smart but the rest of the hotel could do with quite a bit of decorating and moderisation. The Location was excellent. Easy access to all the city amenities. The lady who served at the reception was very polite and helpful!. Central location, near shops, bars and marina. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Staff were very helpful and friendly.Stayed three nights. Fri, Sat andSun. Very noisy Sat night. No...everything was good. The lift is faulty when taken to the third (the top) floor and got stuck there for a short time!. Bathroom could have been better, shower was in the bath which was difficult to get in and out.It is what it is - an excellent low cost crash pad for nights outin swansea. Whilst clean the room was in need of upgrading. Car parking proved to be a little difficult.fire alarms went off several times in night....room was really cold most of the time..... noisiness of all male stag parties on my floor..... outside noise i ve said here often and no problems...friends stayed here also on my recommendation and werent impressed. Problem finding the hotel due to the one-way system, poor road names and access to the hotel.it woz very noisy on the saturday nite with guests shouting in the corridors till 5.30am. Not the hotel as such, but the roadworks outside can be a little noisy - this is clearly temporary though and would not put me off in future. The bathroom, although clean, had very rusty pipes round the shower which was a little off putting, and the red smoke alarm system right across the ceiling was unsightly. some noisy guests but it was saturday night. The late night noise from other guests. the drunken fools whom shouted out front until 5am, apart from that the staff were friendly and the facilities were adequate. The cleaners actually came into the room before we had woken (about 9:30). The shower - totally useless! Needs replacing. No parking available. Prone to disturbance from street noise. Room doors not overly secure.not luxurious just very very basic. parking not good. We had a front room and 1 week prior the council had instaled a automatic bollard in the road outside which advised going up and down as each car passed all night. Shut windows did not quieten the beast. The noise by other guests in the middle of the night.Rooms bit dated. loud music in the evening. Shower was not vert good. The system could be better. Televisions in the guest rooms only have 5 channels. One light bulb was missing so i had to work in the dark for two nights. The wardrobe had a faulty handle. Requested an Iron and Ironing Board, waited 30 minutes before i had to go down to reception and fetch it myself. No wireless, but wireless is mentioned in the description. No Parking available!. Some of the staff were not too courteous, like the potter that did not attend to my visitor well. The guy left in frustration!!. Awful place to find in a car but that is not the fault of the hotel. On booking in, hotel tried to charge me £100 for the two rooms booked when the contract agreement stated £75.00, not amused to argue that case in the foyeur of the hotel with someone who was unable to speak English very well. probably wouldnt recommend it for much longer than a 2 night stay. Breakfast is not included. The room wasn't spectacular but you get what you pay for so I'm happy!. The hotel advertised free parking. This was from 4.30pm until 9.30am for approx 4 cars. General condition of the room, e.g. lights not working: handles falling off wardrobe: creaking bed: peeling wallpaper; stained carpet. Very noisy in early hours of the morning with shouting, banging doors etc. Received an outside call on the room-service telephone at 4.30 am.The room stank of cigarette smoke which was disgusting. Cleanliness and decor could be improved. Kettle did not work. I reported this to staff who told me that " nothing works in this hotel!".
