the staff were very polite and the room was lovely and clean. staff were friendly and informative. Friendly, comfy hotel, good price. I think the privacy was the best this about this place, it want like a building full of rooms it was more like a block of flats and you wouldn't be disturbing anyone else and they wouldn't be disturbing you so you can go in and out whenever you liked to. It was unfortnate that we had to leave early so we could not stay the night but my partner and i would definitely recommend it to others.kaikki arvostelut

Comfortable and clean rooms.pleasant staff, clean room, excellent value for the money. helpful staff, friendly attitude. Friendly and very helpful staff particularly the receptionist who guided us in to the hotel when we got lost in Stoke. Rooms were comfortable and tidy. The room was excellent - away from the main pub area and very clean.Friendliness of the staff. It had everything we were expecting and everything worked. For a budget hotel, it was ideal. The lady on reception was very helpful and very friendly and welcoming.Staff very friendly. Julia on reception who was very helpful and nice and the beef stew and dumpling after spending the day watching football in the snow.Staff were universally brilliant. Couldn't be more helpful.excellent restaurant and very good breakfast. the friendly and helpfulness of the staff. Warm room. Cosy feel after along drive.Very Friendly, Clean and warm. The food was excellent. Privacy. The food in the restaurant was very tasty and resonably priced. Motel staff very friendly.Convenience - close to where we needed to be. The friendliness and helpful staff, the duty manager on the day of check in was particularly helpful and a credit to the motel. The staff were friendly, the room was clean and warm, the full English breakfast was good. The rooms were of an adequate size. Friendly and helpful staff.convenient location - resturant on site. Very helpful staff. location. price. Breakfast was good. Dinner is now a chain called sizzerlers not sure this is good or not. They are friendly, but they charge me more than the price that i have in my reservation.Breakfast was very good. The staff very helpful. Staff very friendly.deja vu with staff. The cost. the staff was as helpful as they could be.because this hotel was near to elderley relatives.Easy parking. Not very much. Could do with cooked breakfast option re-instating. Everything was up to standard so there was nothing we didn't like =]. bathroom in need of repair but otherwise clean and pleasant. Could do with internet facilities in the room for business and e-mail. No, We have stayed before and again were more than happy with our stay. The chef cannot cook steaks very good. Both my husband and my steak was sooo tough we even struggled with using a steak knife. Breakfast ok but still the bacon and sausage tasted like it had been cooked and just kept warm again making it tough! Complained but nothing done about it.Initial arrival sent to rooms but not ready for us, but apologies made profusely. The mattress on the bed wasn't that great - a rather closer encounter with far too many springs than I'm accustomed to! This criticism echoes others on the site, and is probably "luck" as to the room you happen to be allocated. Despite this, I'd still recommend the hotel. In my opinion the whole complex of the bar restaurant and rooms could do with a little bit of a facelift as it all looked a little tired.Shower was broken. Could only use bath.No remote for the tv.Lack of restraunt menue outside of restraunt. Should be mor lighting in car park. Their apparent inabilty to arrange for the room to be paid for in advance despite making arrangements and providing card details to the hotel. This led to the person the room was booked for being charged on departure - a somewhat embarassing situation as they had been informed that it had been taken care of.Rooms need sprucing up. .The bedroom needs a bit updating. The bathroom, it was filthy, poorly fitting lino, dirty tiles everywhere, no toilet roll holder, Cold tap did not work. It needs a complete refit. The mattress was "very lumpy" and needs to be replaced, At breakfast no real orange juice was available, only weak orange squash - it would be better to serve nothing at all than serve that! The tv aerial system seems to be broken, in particular BBC1 reception was poor.food it was not good breakfast was dry and over cooked evening meal was not good the rooms were good value but would not recomend the food. I was in a twin room and the mattresses were too soft and you could feel the springs digging in your back.noisy at night in carpark - thin walls - can hear next door. Damp walls in bathroom- tiles were wet to the touch - strong smell ofdamp in the room masked by strong air freshner.dirty carpet and roon inneed of a real spring clean .I also objected to being woken by noisyguests in room above at 3am.hotel parking was booked by football fans. mattress was lumpy so uncomfortable. This hotel is under new managment will be interesting to see how they improve hotel. Be ware what is stated at the reservation paper. The beds were very uncomfortable, could feel the springs. Generally quite poor decoration, cobwebs, bathroom quite dated.Cups etc very dirty, rim round fruit juice jug as though it had been used over and over.food. Too close to the football ground. No available parking. No food as function on. Bar closed as function on. Breakfast was a bit "greasy spoon". Problem at early hours young people running around waking other guests up, very distrubed night and was told many other guests complained only got an appology. . the heating wasn't working, the shower leaked and sprayed water all over the floor, stained carpets, no relaxing chair, the kettle was on the floor, not on a small table, and the room faced the open kitchen. no meals available because of a Saturday Wedding , and no meals after breakfast on a Sunday.Much in need of an up date. Mold on shower curtain. I thought the carpet might get up and walk away on it's own it was so dirty.Room was disgustingly dirty. Had to sleep clothed and ontop of sheets asbed was so lumpy. Bed covers had spots of blood on them. Lino inbathroom was mouldy, and was not sealed to floor so damp was gettingunderneath. The light fitting in the bathroom had no shade and the buldwas haning on the wires as fitting broken. Mould was ripe on the tilesand shower curtain. Not impressed!!!. The bathroom walls were covered in mould and grease and the shower did not work.
