  The quiet and beautiful village green country setting of the picturesque old manor house, opposite the country pub with geese on the lawn. The friendly welcome on arrival. The room was lovely, and it had all facilities including tea-making. It overlooked a small garden.   The Staff were helpful and welcoming, and the food was excellent,our trip was to see relatives and we all enjoyed an excellent evening meal in the hotel, which was also very relaxing as the lounge and dining room areas are very comfortable.
