Location and see view, spacious room, comfy bed, decent shower, good welcome, and tea/coffee in the room. There were lots of leaflets in the room. The wireless worked well. There were some basic toiletries (shower gel and shampoo attached to the wall) in case you forget your own.

The place is being renovated - this did not affect our stay negatively in any way, but it shows that the -
The staff were both very pleasant & helpful
The room had a super view, and I had been very kindly upgraded
It was extremely convenient for my meeting venue (particularly good, as the weather was vile!)
Despite being on the sea front and a busy road in a first floor room, it was very quiet - I could just hear the sea rolling on the shingle, which was nice to wake up to in the middle of the night
And by an extraordinary coincidence, the hotel had taken over the one next door - so I was sleepi

This was our second stay at the Tower House so we chose to go again as it is clean and comfortable and in a nice quiet location.
I particularly like the garden.
I also like that you can check in anytime as the keys are left for you to pick up.
First time we stayed there was a map left for us with nice restaurants etc marked so we had an idea of where to go.

My wife and i stayed 4 nights at The Sea Spirit, and from the monet we got there enjoyed it all, Very friendly hosts, the rooms were exceptionally clean, very comfortable and well stocked with complimentry tea Coffee etc, Free wifi, The breakfast we had each morning was one of the best i have ever had, real fresh local food, Just a 15 minute walk

Lovely rooms and decor, very clean. Breakfast was excellent, I had veggie which was lovely and my partner had full English which she also really enjoyed. There was also the option of continental breakfast as well as other options such as Hastings kippers. The owners are great and make you feel very welcome and are extremely helpful. Lovely experience.
