  The food was absoloutely magnificant, the best I have had for a very long time.The decor and feel of the place is perfect. I would definately go there again. - I liked the rooms the best. They were very clean and comfortable. the staff were very friendly and helpful. Really enjoyed our stay.

  The welcome was warm and friendly, paid for room and breakfast on arrival so no delays & queing in the morning! The room and bedding were clean and spotless, also offered sheets instead of duvets on arrival due to hot weather! Staff helpful in directing to nearest supermarket. Staff in the restaurant were very quick in taking order for breakfast and explaining how it all worked! - Staff were lovely and very welcoming and helpful when we all arrived,during our stay and when we left!! Rooms were very comfortable and catered for all our needs,including a 4 year old boy. Love the fact that there was a large garden with a play area for children and safe and enclosed. The restaurant next door was also brilliant. We had planned to eat out during our stay but after eating there the first night,we ended up dining there for breakfast and dinner for 4 days.   The attitude of the staff was friendly and very helpful. The standard of the food in the bar restaurant was particularly high. Rooms are very well appointed and serviced immaculately. - Very friendly staff. Beautifully decorated for Christmas. Service good and a lovely surprise of gifts left in our room.

  Service and staff were excellent.Early evening the restaurant was busy with families calling in after a visit to Peppa Pig Park but quietened down later..Dinner was very good ,with plenty of choice and freshly cooked .A good breakfast menu and unlimited coffee.   For visiting friends in East Dean, the location was ideal. The owner and staff were friendly and responsive. The room was serviced nicely and the rooms were quiet. The train station across the street provided easy access to Salisbury, Cardiff, Romsey, Southampton and Winchester. The cuisine was superb.
