We have stayed at the Wool Merchant's on a number of weekend occasions now and have found it offers very good value for money. The staff are helpful, the rooms very clean and (in our case) spacious with good bathrooms. We haven't eaten in the on site Italian restaurant yet but the breakfast on offer is superb ! We are already booked in for a couple of Saturdays next year on the strength of our previous stays. All in all, great value especially at the price.

Delightful surroundings, a charming building that has been sympathetically and recently restored to a very high standard. The Staff provided an outstanding service, ably supported by an excellent chef. The evening meal was excellent; terrific flavours and superb value for money, as was the breakfast.
