  The staff were excellent, especially as they were unable to find our booking which we made through letsbookhotel.com. They handled the situation very quickly and were able to make a new booking at the price we had originally booked. The rooms were very clean and we had an excellent view over Birmingham.   The Attitude of the staff was excellent, I was going to write a letter to you to say this. we were very pleasantly surprised with the Hotel and will definately use Holiday Inn again for any future trips - The hotel was light and modern. The room was quiet, clean and comfortable. The breakfast choice was very good Staff polite and eficient.

  Staff in every department although young and local shone out and made our stay memorable, so much so we extended our Easter Bank holiday stay by 5 extra days, we have 2Japanese Akita puppies and it was pleasing how well we were all accepted, fitted in and made welcome. so much so we will soon be planning our next visit.
