  The Birnam Hotel provided my wife, son and I with comfortable accommodation for a couple of nights while we explored and relaxed in Dunkeld and it's surrounds during the October mid-term school break.   We had a great time, it was my mothers birthday and the staff were very accomodating, helpful and friendly, the food was excellent and the rooms very clean and comfortable. - The setting of the hotel was great,arrived too late to use the leisure facilities. Breakfast was first class. Will definitely use the hotel again.
