  The staff were absolutely great - so friendly, helpful and welcoming. We stayed due to my partners birthday and were quite hungover when we arrived so went straight off to the pool which was lovely - really relaxing. The food was also lovely - we had breakfast included in the room and we felt that there was a great choice of the menu. - We firstly ... mitä ihmiset sanovat » liked the surroundings of the hotel, secondly the cleanliness was of a very high standard, the rooms were well equiped and very inviting. Breakfast was outstanding. Staff were very courteous indeed. We would definitely stay at the hotel again

  The staff were so friendly and helpful. Our room was lovely, with a separate lounge area and large bathroom. The pool was nice and warm. Would recommend. - Every member of staff we encountered were simply outstanding, Their attitude, their appearance, their friendliness, and their customer service was superb!

  There was a problem with the heater in my room but within a few minute of me having reported it to reception a portable heater was provided.The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. The spa was great. - lovely staff, great facilities, close to city centre and arena. Great view from our window

  Excellent value for money. (An added bonus was its location alongside the grammar school I attended 1943-48 which I hadn't seen since then!) - We were attending a local wedding and all the staff were very helpful providing directions and information regarding the venue.

  We thought the hotel was very clean and the staff were helpful and friendly. The bar food was vey reasonably priced, and although The Grill restaurant is a little pricey, you do get what you pay for, good food and good service. I also thought the checkin and checkout times were very good. - It was relatives of mine that stayed at your hotel.   We had to book this hotel because of the fire at the carlton please Idid this hotel is top knotch - A typical good holiday Inn, I think the staff made it, they were very pleasant and helpful
