Everything felt very new and clean. Good central location with plenty of parking space. Had a great stay and was impressed by everything.

  I liked everything about this hotel, the location was a little way out but that did not matter. The decor, the pub itself, the room was fabulous.. little things like giving you fresh milk in a flask to have with your tea rather than the horrid little cartons, even the shower gel was nice. They even had nice orange juice.   The way we were met on arrival by Chris. Even at 9.45pm he came and got our television working at the cost of an electric shock to him from the aerial. The quality of the food and the overall service and pleasant manner of the staff. Dog-walking in February can be a muddy experience, but the owners had even thought about a 'hosing down' place. We were spoilt for choice at breakfast, and beware the size of the evening meals if you value your waist line. Overall, a top class experience which we expect to repeat .

  A very relaxed atmosphere, which made the stay very comfortable. Room was great. All members of Staff were very friendly and helpful. Food was very nice. We would have no problems staying here again. Thank You! - The friendliness of the staff. Nothing was too much trouble and this made the stay an extremely pleasant experience.

  We stayed in the room with access for disabled as it was the last room for 1 night - 2 beds downstairs, 1 double upstairs. Very comfortable and cosy room - would be extremely good if in a wheelchair etc as bathroom very good for that. Upstairs landing bedroom lovely. It's a real treat to get chips made from fresh potatoes and when you ask for rare meat you get it rare. Well done to them. Breakfas - We were made really welcome . The Landlord lit the fire in the sitting room so that we could enjoy our excellent bar meal in a more relaxed setting as the pub was fully booked .Excellent location only 5 miles from the airport . We would definitely go back as this would be an ideal place to stay for a visit to Bath . a really good find and excellent value for money .
