  Easy to check in, made to feel very welcome. Staff were excellent and very attentive. Room was very comfortable and the tea and coffee was very welcome! The breakfast was superb - both the choice and the quality of the food offered. (I particularly liked the fresh fruit salad and plain yoghurt). The staff were helpful and efficient. The abundance of information at reception, on public transport routes etc., was very useful.

  Very impressively run hotel - pleasant, pastoral location, highly competent and friendly staff in every department, magnificently appointed bedrooms and public areas, wonderful food, outstanding value for money.   Excellent location! Friendly and helpful staff. - Very warm welcome when we arrived and this friendly manor continues for whole weekend. Nice room, clean and fresh. Good cooked breakfast...not greasy or cold:-). Great location for getting out and about, very safe feeling area.   The staff were so helpful and friendly. I was told by the staff that they had a sister hotel closer to where I needed to be. The following day I asked if I could be transfered to this one. Not only was this sorted out within a couple of minutes, but they also took my case for me. Brilliant service, thankyou. - A gem!   Really enjoyed our stay at the Embassy apartments, friendly staff, beautiful building and room, in a great location, excellent facilities - Very comfortable clean rooms. peaceful and relaxing after hectic day. Also very reasonable rates. Will return!
