  Loved this place..Rosemary and John were lovely as were their staff (thanks girls).Room was perfect, uncluttered clean and very tidy. Great place to use as home base. Lovely to be left to our own devices and not hassled by the staff,if we needed to change anything we only had to ask. Food was lovely. Great to be able to park our motorbikes outside too. - Ideal location for our groups needs being close to several bus services to access the whole island. John and Rosemary made sure of our comfort and requirements even though they had to deal with a first night no-show of one of our group. Property is period furnished and pleasantly warm in the guest areas. Breakfast was ample and tasty and we were able to choose a 09.30 time which suited us perfectly.

  Tasteful, very comfortable room. Not fussy, frilly or floral - a great plus. Pretty spacious. Great size bathroom and funky shower. View of the sea between the trees - and just visible from the comfortable bed. Even had robes in the cupboard - which isnt mentioned on the booking. Could have sat outside on the balcony if it hadnt been raining......... mitä ihmiset sanovat » Our hostess was helpful and informative of the local dining options, and was prepared to give us a lift - but we wanted to walk as it is only 10 minu - The Proprietor was so helpful and friendly. She collected me from the ferry and gave me a lovely cup of tea on arrival. The bedroom was very comfortable, with a well-lit desk to work at. The bathroom had a huge bath and a separate shower. The toiletries were luxurious White Company, and the towels, bathrobe and sheets were also of a very high quality. Breakfast was cooked to perfection with locally sourced food. I would definitely recommend this up-market B+B.

  Before I arrived, I was not sure I would have a good stay. However, upon arrival, I knew I made the best choice to stay here. The staff were very welcoming and the facilities were super great. I wish I dint have to leave. It is very close to the shanklin beach. Also very close to the city center. The dining area was also spotless and the staff were very friendly, even early in the morning. Would definitely stay there again whilst visiting Isle of Wight

  A very nice B&B located on a side street away from the crowds but nevertheless in a very close proximity to the city beach, Shanklin Chine and Old Village which are town's main tourist attractions. The rooms are big enough, well furnished, clean and comfortable. There is a large living room in the house available for the guests. - Mick is really a nice and friendly staff! The restaurant is nice and clean.
