  I stayed in the attic room, which was very quaint and had a ton of character, I absolutely loved the room. The location of this hotel is perfect for relaxing or hiking, it is located right near the water with amazing views. It also has a bar and restaurant on site which allows you to sit, relax, eat and drink (with a good selection of cocktails,... mitä ihmiset sanovat » whiskey, and local brews. The staff was very nice. - The new owners were friendly and trying hard to make all the guests happy; this included 'a wee dram' of whisky on arrival and a bottle of sparkly when our table for dinner was not ready on time. Very approachable staff; fabulous environs, warm, clean and romantic buildings and gardens. Loved the sense of history; staying in Flora McDonald's house.

  Location watching bird life on the river during breakfast. Also handy for mountains in glen Sheil and cuillins. Clean. Good breakfast, lovely strong coffee. Handy for Indian restaurant, best restaurant around. Good sized shower room - A small but lovely hotel with fantastic views from the lounge dining area.
