  Basically everything about the location. Inn. Facilities I took a shower at six in morning and for some reason shower won't stop. I went to reception and told them the problem. Surprisingly they had maintenance guys even at six in morning. Cane and fixed the problem in minutes. Good customer service and professional receptionists. Its the second time i have been and is a great stop off point when going on long trips to the Isle of Skye or North of Scotland.I also have been given ground floor rooms with a balcony which is great, because the dog can have his water and food outside.

  The staff were very friendly, the room was very clean and comfortable and very good value for money. I also liked the fact that the hotel was quiet at night so was easy to get a good nights sleep. - The hotel staff were clearly understaffed however they were always verypolite and friendly to us.

  The hotel is fantastic it has not been modernised like so many others, it has a personality and character of its own. I would reccomend it to anyone. The grounds are beautiful and situated next to a dairy farm. We had a double and 2 single rooms (allowing our grown-up sons not to share) for the same price as the budget chains with good facilities. Sleeping in the annex we were able to park outside the rooms. The bar/restaurant was incredibly relaxing and welcoming and the food was fabulous and the selection of drinks perfect - staff were very accomodating and friendly.
