Staff were friendly and helpful. Good breakfast overlooking the bay. Id stay here again without hesitation.

  The room was clean and fresh and comfortable and spotlessly maintained by housekeeping. ALL the staff were genuine and friendly, but not imposing. The location was absolutely perfect - directly adjacent to Harlyn Bay, you can hear the surf from the patio in the evening, there are several other fab beaches within a short distance from the hotel.   The freedoom to enter and exit the hotel at any time, also meal service, staff preformed well in the dinning room, service was good. Bar staff were friendly and pleasent. - the hotel was extremely quiet, which meant you had a good nights sleep, although this was probably due to the fact the majority of guests seemed to be over 70.

  The hotel was fabulous. The room was to the highest standard. The dining area was tranquil, the food was served quickly and piping hot. Although I did not use the spa I asked to be shown round it, it to looked amazing. The staff were very helpful and ready with information re the hotel/spa and the surrounding area of St Austell. The staff were very professional and friendly and our stay was very relaxing, will defintely stay there again.
