We had dinner in the Royal Hotel Restaurant. it was very enjoyable good steak and the wine wasfirst class. - The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and the hotel was a perfect location for our stay. The owners at the Grafton made us feel very welcome, and nothing was too much trouble. Jenny greeted us with a very professional but relaxing persona; she was always accommodating with any requests. The rooms was clean and tidy and attended too daily. Breakfast was lovely and Jenny was on hand for any requests. As final word I would definitely go back and stop at the Grafton again.

My husband's usual complaint is that when you have tea & coffee facilities in a room there is never enough choice or quantity of supplies

Stuart and Pat are wonderful hosts. Stuart helped to carry our luggage to our room and was offered a cup of tea or coffee when we arrived. The Chilterns is a lovely and very highly decorated guest house, one of the best we have stayed in, the breakfast was also delicious. We only stayed 2 nights and had fresh bed linen every day. We will be returning back to Chilterns in the very near future and would highly recommend it to every body, Thank you again Stuart and Pat xx
