  We have stayed at this hotel on many occasions. It never disppoints us. It is totally relaxing, the food is excellent and the general manager Mr Pedro Bento is the best host in the entire world. - In all respects a very pleasant experience

  What is there not to like? The staff are simply brilliant - it's really nice to be recognised and addressed by name. We had a great room with a sea view. The bars are very good as are the restaurants and yes you really must try the Governors Indian cuisine at its best!!   The staff were extremely helpful and courteous, attentive without being obtrusive. Excellent spa facilities. The massage pool was especailly relaxing. Excellent food and good range of drinks. A Problem I had was quickly and efficiently dealt with.   The hotel is simply excellent. Contemporary airy room, superb service, the best breakfast I've ever eaten at a hotel, anything one can ask for :-) Location is brilliant - very close to the harbor, Elizabeth castle and the Jersey eye, 5 min to the city centre. Word of advice - go for a seaview room - it really worth it! Staff were first class. Location was ideal. Would definately return.
