  Staff were very friendly and helpful which is a big plus for me. Room was a special rate and very good.Good facilities including hairdryer,iron and ironing board.Nice bed linen.   from the moment we checked in the reception and the service was excellent, although one of the rooms were not ready, we were welcomed and given coffee and stacks with compliments - we liked that the hotel was close to the tube station - made it very easy for traveling in and around london. also the spa was very relaxing

  Location is perfect,for a young couple wanting to see london and stay central for a reasonable price look no further;Just one thing the first room we were shown was very small however on request a larger and much nicer room was supplied at no extra cost. - The hotel was beautiful and had a lovely atmosphere.
