The beds were amazingly comfy and I had a fantastic sleep.Lovely breakfast and the staff were very friendly.I was surprised how nice the room was for what I paid and I even had an ensuite in my little single bed room.It was warm as well.

Sandra and David were very friendly and hospitable. Nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was a delicious cooked meal.
Cleanliness and friendliness. Location was excellent - a short walk to the prom and good choice of restaurants.
A fair distance from the town so a bit of walking involved but nice and quiet area, a little hard to find.

My single room was very small and there was nowhere to sit comfortably at the end of the day. A sitting room would've been nice for more than one night's stay.
Sharing bathroom facilities, although we knew this in advance.
Service in the local weatherspoons is aweful, would pay more to go to one of the more expensive restaurants if you want to be looked after!!!!.
The shower of our room probably needs an upgrade.
