  My father was the landlord of this pub when it was the three tuns. That was about 45 years ago.   In general I found Tremough amazing value for money. We were very fortunate to have a whole flat between us...... so in essence 7 bedrroms!! The rooms were clean and the the kitchen had all we needed. We arrived very late on the BH weekend and the security staff were so helpful and even escorted us to the flats and helped us with our bags. Lovely location.................. - it is a beautiful campus all rooms have en-suite the kitchen was well-equiped they had ice ready for us in the freezer, that was a nice touch as it was very hot.

  We stayed for a two nights, I would recommend this hotel to anyone, the staff we very friendly and helpful, the room was very clean and a good size, the same applies to the bathroom. the facilities were excellent and a very good beakfast that set us up for the day. The hotel is situated within a short walk to both the town centre and beaches..   We only stayed 1 night, We had a superior room and were very pleased as it was very clean and spacious. The separate spacious bathroom with a roll top bath and views down across the sea made this a very enjoyabale stay.   The reason the value for money is poor is because I'm a north easterner. For Falmouth it was fantastic value. Very comfortable bed in my opinion n staff were really friendly and with good humour. Breakfast was served quickly and was nice. Very close to town with cheap taxis. Good food from the restaurant and excellent breakfast. Room was clean and well maintained and the hotel was very handy for walking into Falmouth.
