Fabulous location with secure parking. Spacious and warm with comfortable beds, hot fast flowing showers and a good sized table for the family to eat off, when meals were prepaired in the well equipt kitchen We really enjoyed this as a base from which to tour the city. Good sized and comfortable rooms. Good heating; nice location; secure parking; helpful manager and helpful person who checked us in and showed us most of what we needed to know.

Any request for additional key(s) should be made prior to arrival. Please note there may be a charge for this. A security deposit of GBP 300 is taken on the day of booking for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. Check-in and check-out outside of advertised times is only possible by prior arrangement and is subject to additional charge. At the time of the check out the tenant must ensure: -The property is left in a clean and tidy condition. -To lock the property and put the keys through the letterbox (unless instructed otherwise). -Ensure all the lights are switched off. -All the heating is reset (switched off). -All rubbish should be left in the waste disposal room/site. Please note if the tenant fails to comply with these requirements, any cost incurred will be deducted from the security deposit or additional charges will be made.
