  Excellent customer service from the minute of entering right through to leaving. Nothing was too much for them. Everywhere you went it was clean. Nice size rooms, restuarant etc. Definitely would recommend it and possibly return again maybe even withthe children this time. - We arrived much earlier than the check in time but the receptionist ... mitä ihmiset sanovat » went out of her way to see if the room was ready. It's the whole surroundings and facilities that make his a great hotel - Really enjoyed staying at the Bay hotel, The staff where very friendly on arrival, the room was a nice size and very clean.. Bar staff were friendly and pleasent. - the hotel was extremely quiet, which meant you had a good nights sleep, although this was probably due to the fact the majority of guests seemed to be over 70.
