I definitely feel that I got value for my money. My friends and I had one of the best weekends and the apartment helped with the comfort.
I would like some info on renting the apartment to live there.
Great how central it is to shopping eg Sainsburys, train station, The Hub and the shopping centre.

I love bourdeaux apartment. The luxury , the beauty....Wow , the bed is extra comfy,the layout is brilliant , very modern, fully equiped, very clean. My kids were moody when we were leaving and above all , if my husband could say he loved it then everyone would.
I liked the venue, the flat was so comfortable for us as a family, my children loved it! Also, the fact thatr we were few minutes away from the shopping centre, and restaurants. Lovely environment!.
Reasonable price and very welcoming service especially as we arrived late due to traffic delays. Apartment was very clean and nicely decorated and furnished.

Fiddly finding and getting into the apartment. Our bed in the main bedroom was very poorly constructed and collapsed and was unusable.

I have received the invoice 1 week after the end of my stay.
Check in / out procedure. Had to get they keys from an office roughly 0.5 miles away. Checking out I had to take them back there. They could perhaps be left in the apartments post box on check out.
Bed comfort (mattress feel through slats on arrival ).
There were no twin beds so my sons had to share a bed.
Had been smoked in, the smell was rather pungent, but got told by the management company it wasn't the case ( why would I bother emailing if it wasn't ???).

When i want to hand over the keys at six clock morning i could not find one to deliver the keys because of that i put the keys in the black box in front of the main door.
Apartment smelled damp en-suite tap leaked when switched to cold
bedrooms had no curtains meaning very light mornings Sky tv was pretty
limited to free channels key return address on envelope was wrong lacked
a bottle opener no instructions for appliances master bed was
uncomfortable.
Paper thin blinds - no curtains!
Hard to find geographically and then get in to.
Hot water was not switched on.
