  We loved everything abou tthe Blue Bell Hotel - the receptionist was lovely and very helpful - the lovely blonde lady who worked at breakfast time was smashing - the bar staff were lovely and overall our stay was brilliant. The rooms were fine - clean and comfortable - the situation was perfect for our travelling around and sightseeing. Many thanks - we'll be back!! - The bedrooms were simple but well decorated and had everything one needed for a good nights rest. There was also a small flat screen TV as well as Tea and Coffee making facilities and a lift. Hotel bedrooms on three floors. Purposely built hotel bedroom block and large car park. Staff could not have been more helpful. There was also a bar and a restaurant with a carvery on the Sunday, but it finishes at 18:00 hours.

  Before booking in we received a friendly phonecall from the receptionist called Jill - who was there on our check-in.There are not enough words to describe how amazingly brilliant, helpful and thoughtful she was at making our stay so enjoyable. We went up to do a bunjee jump off the Transporter Bridge and her support was inavaluable. Th - The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful, especially the blond lady who worked weekends. She went beyond the call of duty to help us with places to visit and even typed out directions how to get there as well as to shopping areas. The carvery next door had excellent food and good service. There was 30 minutes of free WIFI per day which was sufficient for our needs. There was ample parking.

  I found the staff to friendly and helpful. The room at £37.50 per night was described to me as old with a bath only. On arrival I found the room to be perfectly adequate for my needs, it was spacious, clean and tidy with a television on the wall and coffee and tea making facilities in the corner and a refurbished bath room with a shower and plent... mitä ihmiset sanovat » y of hot water. The members of staff who serve the quests in the restaurant was some of the friendliest I have meet in the many hotels I have stayed - The room was spacious, very clean, as was the onsuite bathroom. There is tea and coffee facilties provided in the room. The bathroom had all the basic requirements The staff are very friendly By booking on line we saved £20 per night. Ie £40 instead of £60 per night B&B The breakfast which was included in the price was full english served buffet style and you could eat and drink as much as you wanted.
