  A beautiful hotel with an imposing entrance. Our bedroom room was spacious and very attractive. The Midland is right in centre. Surrounded by cafes bars and theatres. The hotel was built in 1903 and I understand was recently renovated. All the luxury and comfort of a bygone age but with every modern convience.   The attitude & manner of all the staff I had contact with was first class. Initially I was given a smoking room, so I returned to reception to comment (not complain) & the member of staff immediately allocated me another room on a different floor. I will definitely return in the near future - I booked this hotel as a Xmas present for my partner along with tickets to a show at MEN, the hotel was beautiful, comfortable and the staff were professional, helpful and attentive nothing was too much trouble for them. We went to the hotel bar after the show which was intimate,comfortable and once again excellent service from the staff. All in all our stay was wonderful and we will definately be staying here again in the not too distant future x

  The apartment was just as advertised. It was very clean and spacious and had everything you needed for a short or long term stay. It was a little difficult to find but we were soon given directions over the phone.
